Shipping Policy


Kaizen Fitness

At Kaizen Fitness, every order represents the discipline, dedication, and mindset behind the brand. We take pride in making sure your gear is carefully handled and shipped out as quickly as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

During product drops, promotions, restocks, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. We always aim to ship orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality control.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer U.S. Economy Shipping as our primary shipping method. Estimated delivery time within the United States: 5–8 business days after your order has shipped. Shipping time refers only to the time the package is in transit after it leaves our facility.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Shipping destination
  • International customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or product releases
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Because of these factors, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Kaizen Fitness ships worldwide. International shipping times may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing. Typical international delivery estimates range from 7–21 business days after shipment, but may take longer depending on the carrier and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping provider. Kaizen Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or household members
  2. Checking around your delivery location
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  4. Reaching out to us so we can assist if possible

We will always do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

This allows us to properly review the issue and determine the best resolution.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Certain items may be offered as limited drops or pre-orders. If a product is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated during promotional periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
