Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered.

Refunds or replacements will only be approved if the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear details of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a full refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Size exchanges may be available depending on inventory. If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll assist if stock allows. Exchanges are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier with tracking and proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return transit.

For hygiene reasons, personal items such as socks, boxers, beanies, and similar products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, the return process and timeline are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Once the package is received back, we will contact you before taking action. You may choose to receive a refund minus any return shipping or carrier fees, or have the order reshipped at your expense.
